But because of the new type chart my Umbreon doesn't have a chance to get back to OU except they give it something really good (probably not) even tho dark Pokemon good be used against Ghosts

The Rock/Ice fossil might have hope though. Its ability is pretty awesome.

If it's a physical attacker a 100 base power Ice-Return could be killer. AND Serebii says it raises Normal moves base powers.

Those new abilities are all killer. That poodle has an ability that reduces the power of physical moves. It's gonna be the physical wall version of Blissey
