That was me making excuses for it flopping. C'Mon was never going to smash anyways. She started promoting it at a weird time and ended promoting it at a weird time. Like, she performed it in December on X Factor and March on the Kids Choice Awards. It was the promo timing that was a mess. Either way, C'Mon wasn't gonna go anywhere or it would have. Bruno had two songs in the top ten at the same time, for example. There's no excuse for Ke$ha.

That's the point. It didn't flop because of a damn radio ban. That surely didn't help but if it was gonna smash it would've.
