I honestly don't know. Pre Orders, do they contribute to itunes rankings?

The US was the only territory that did not have preorders at all, and many regions had major pushes for them.

Does that explain their lack of charting internationally? Generally they are stronger WW than in the US.

Still doesn't make sense. I coulda sworn that it went #1 in some countries on itunes based on preorders. Yet now it is failing to hit it? I don't believe it.

Hmm then I guess iTunes only counts the download once, no matter if it's preordered or purchased. People interested in the song might have preordered it before hence it's doing so poorly now.

Ok I got it. The EP. It's not available in US/Canada, so people/fans can only buy the song alone.
While outside America you can buy the EP instead of the single song.

It's basically top2 everywhere but some irrelevant countries.

Divide 1.0000 by BL total
1.0000/0.4645=2.153
Then multiply any song below it by that number and you can see how close it really is.
So WCS is:
2.153X0.2998=0.6454

This way is gets the same result, the one I did just shows why this way works...

The 2011 album wasn't released here until 2012. They weren't pushed here until last year either.

If you look at their last handful of singles they have all done better overseas than in the US in terms of sales AND radio presence.
