Sis you're losing my point. It doesn't matter if it's #2 or #3. The bottomline is the performance was supposed to boost her sales and increase her radio AI. If Ke$ha scored her #1 this week, it'd be based on mostly digital sales. Like any other artist, she won't sell the same amount in the 2nd week. With lack of AI, Ke$ha is not a competition at the moment.
The key is to surpass Like A G6 on iTunes and be able to sell a certain amount more than Bruno. Then, we got this on lock.

We are all in the dark this week . For all we know sales were cut in half this week because iTunes wasn't working and some were effected more than others .

yes sis, spill the true tea. Cali gurls was tailored for US, catchy hook, autotune, teenage summer lyrics, rapper for urban support, dr. Luke, etc. Only Girl is more of a WW tailored smash and that's what is doing, 3 weeks no.1 in Australia, n.1 in France, Spain, etc. It's not a US type song at all, so the fact that was this succesfull it's already a great achievement.

Regardless of its eventual peak, OG is a hit and she has so many #1s; the performance of Loud is more important than that of its singles at this point.

This is where I draw the line .
"Only Girl" not a US single ? It's only sold a million copies and isn't a radio monster like some of her other songs have, that's not GREAT . This dance song is exactly what radio wanted from Rihanna .
And Cali Gurls will be remembered fir quite some more months , but I have to admit I think Tik Tok made a much bigger impact , and Bad Ronance , and I think WRWWR will do better to so who knows ?

Why am I reading past tense in some of the sentences people are saying about Only Girl and What's My Name.
You need to chill, she just literally performed those songs like 3 or 4 hours ago, give it some time 
Plus I'll agree to whoever said the performance isn't gonna raise her sales 800%. It'll raise it some but not a whole lot
And the difference between her and Bruno Mars was that Bruno was already in the top 3 of iTunes when he preformed and close in popularity than the other songs so it was easy for him to go over the top. Rihanna has Ke$ha and her popularity bar in the way to getting number 1 as well as Willow, Far East Movement, and Talyor from just looking at iTunes right now
That's my two cents. I just finished watching all of Rihanna's videos so now I'm about to go to bed

I absolutely LOVE it. Eclipsed my "OG" plays in only a few days, and totally put faith back into Loud, cause I was/am kind of disappointed with the lead single. It's so catchy, fun, innocently repetitive. It'd be a different #1 single after a couple years of dance hits.

We are talking about CG, WRWWR and OG, why I see BR and TT?
OG is a EUROPOP song, it's not tailored specially for US. If you know what I mean. It doesn't just top worldwide iTunes based on US alone.
