I think Niall is genuinely the most enthusiastic about being artist, no matter the label.

There wasn't even a particular reason, I think everyone was kind of in a weird/bad mood that day and so RudeBoy's post just set a few people off, he was reported/warned for it (which sparked more tension) and I remember a few members in particular making snide comments in response to RB, mocking him for posting an "unnecessary" comment. I think that post pretty much catalysed any tension between members, causing other events such as 'Ban the Bitch'.
