I hope Juyeon can renegotiate and have a better contract with Pledis if she decides to continue on with the group. She's a major player for After School in Japan, so I hope everything will end well.
If she does end up graduating and actually leaving Pledis, then let's pray she gets signed to a better management or agency that will promote her better as an actress, image model and product endorser.

I don't hate Jessica in the slightest. However, her lack of enthusiasm coupled with her pursuit of success in a field which consequentially compromises SNSD's revenue stream makes it hard to sympathise with her.
It has been reported that After School member Jooyeon is currently in discussion to renew her contract with her agency, Pledis Entertainment, ahead of the contract expiration at the end of this month.
On December 22, a representative of Pledis Entertainment explained, “It is true that Jooyeon’s contract will expire this coming December 31. She is currently in talks with the agency on her position.”
The rep also shared that it is still undecided whether or not she will be leaving After School to begin an acting career: “We are discussing what direction she wants to take in the future, however, nothing has been decided. After School’s contract in Japan will end in June of next year, so she will still promote until then. The other After School members have a lot of time left on their contract period.”
The group has continued to run on a ‘graduation system,’ but Jooyeon’s graduation has not yet been confirmed.
