I honestly don't get the appeal for Legendary Lovers, but then again that's coming from the same person who thought that Roar wouldn't sell well because it sounded so basic on first listen.

I'd admit that Birthday, Spiritual and Double Rainbow are actually okay (especially Spiritual, I love it, it's too good for Katy) and the album works cohesively.
