which one, like the scratchy/ screamy one at the beginning of Million Dollar Man? I think its some kind of synth. Dying over that song, literally dying over it!
It's the guitar-like instrument. But I know what sound you're talking about.
She's also doing Ellen still, right? I hope the predictions go up after the promotion.
Singles wise for the album (even though I can't guarantee they would do well) I think Video Games, Born To Die, National Anthem, and either Dark Paradise or Blue Jeans should be singles. Even if they didn't chart well, they would represent the album well (people could see the videos on VEVO/Youtube and go and buy the CD). I would love to see Off To The Races have a video as well.
I checked the guide. Lana will definitely be on Letterman tomorrow!
I'm nervous for it, there are so few artists who I've ever felt had really great performances on Letterman. She's been doing well on the European shows, so I have more confidence in her now than I did going into SNL. We need a stunningly beautiful performance so that American media starts to be on her side again instead of just constantly negatively spinning her background.

I don't ever remember David Letterman being known for having crappy performances on his show. Rihanna did great with "Russian Roulette" in the Rated R era, and "What's My Name" during the Loud era. Christina also delivered a good performance I thought during David Letterman too of "You Lost Me". Katy did pretty good there too. At least that's my opinion. I'm sure she'll do fine, now that Lana has had time to practice on other European shows. Which is what she should have done before SNL because she is doing a lot better on those performances.
question, just where exactly did interscope ship all of Lana's albums to???
today i was driving around and i couldnt find the album, it wasnt sold out or anything just nobody had it did they underestimate her so much or what?
im probably gonna have to order it :/
Make sure you do it this week so it counts towards the first week sales
What do you gurls think should be the next single? What would give the album a great boost?

Everybody seems to love OTTR. The video would be fab
Does anyone find her voice scary in it? I don't mean that in a bad way, it's just that it's so alluring and powerful in it that it just makes it interesting.
I live for when she says, "Fumes, says it feels like heaven to him".

i definitely think Million Dollar Man stands the best chance of doing well, but Radio or Off To the Races and maybe Dark Paradise are more representative of the album... but then I also think that Blue Jeans should be the next single as it would complete the trilogy that surely is Video Games and Born To Die, I just think that maybe it would get lost in the ether. She's an albums girl really!
