The Rated R era was my favourite to 'experience', but I was thinking earlier that the Good Girl Gone Bad era would be more fun to go through than the Loud era was. I can't really comment on that though, since I wasn't here during GGGB. I think that Rihanna's new found fame would have been awesome to witness 'first hand' compared to the Loud era.
My fav. era is GGGB i'm not gonna lie, I have so many amazing memories attached to it. But Rated R is a close 2nd & then comes Loud, A Girl Like Me, Music Of The Sun. I became a Riri stan the first time I heard Pon De Replay, I bought Music Of The Sun on the day it came out and I actually really loved that album since I enjoyed reggae music at that time , I think people who started stanning for Riri after the GGGB era can't appreciate her first 2 albums completely because they're so different from everything else Rih has done and they're like a different genre. I actually can't believe how much she changed her sound in such a short time, but it was the best step she's ever made in her career seriously.

Me too gorl, it was probably the best summer of my entire life sooooo many memories attached to GGGB.

Excuse me?
Taking all 'aggresiveness' away, I do actually disagree with that statement. I stanned after "Disturbia" and even though I rank GGGB, RR, + L as her best albums, I still adore MotS + AGLM. They bring back memories (AGLM does) to me because my mum bought AGLM and we would jam to it in the car all the time.

I wasn't trying to be aggressive sorry if it came off that way
Even though at this moment I live breathe and eat everything Rihanna, (She's even my phone background), This is actually the first album I'm stanning for. I was there for all the music, but never really for the albums. I remember Pon De Replay, but never really listened to anything on MOTS except for that. When AGLM came out I played the **** out of SOS. But again, not really stanning for the Queen like I should have. I loved pretty much all the singles from GGGB, and that's pretty much when I started to become a big fan of hers; loved Umbrella and Breakin' Dishes.
Then came Rated R....which I'm ashamed to say I missed the release of as well, and actually didn't discover the other songs like Cold Case Love, Wait Your Turn, and Fire Bomb until this last summer. It was ****ing amazing. I can't believe I went all that time without hearing the masterpiece that this album was. This bitch slayed me two times over six months. With one album.
I was actually here for the Loud Era, and that's when I truly started to become a stan for the Queen. I knew the album was coming out, but then I looked on Itunes in late November.....And there it was! I spammed the **** out of that, (Except for Raining Men), and I still do. And I have to say overall, Loud really is my favorite Era by far. Maybe its because its the only one I was really there for, but I just love the music, style and the overall feeling of it. Flawless.
Now we're onto the 6th Era, and I have to say I'm glad I was here for every part of it. I heard WFL the second it played on that Radio in the UK, I was here for the covers and the Music Video, and hopefully I won't miss anything else for TTT. This era really seems like its gonna be ****ing epic, it might even replace Loud in my mind as the best Era.
