There were countries whose official chart only measured physical copies by that time, which were at an all time low. That probably helped her get all those amazing peaks.

Digital singles sales in Europe (minus the UK) are so low though. Like, the #1 single in France sells about ~10k per week.
That's a #10 in Australia.
As far as I know, it is now currently on Netflix and other OnDemand outlets It also has premiered on HBO Asia as of this weekend. There may be more outlets as well.

JT doesn't actually sing in Rehab. If he & Rihanna did a legit singing collab, the charts would implode.
Rehab was also never meant to be a huge smash. It doesn't have the it factor a lot of her smashes do. It's not as catchy & it was like an 8th or 9th single.
Its actually one of her catchiest ballads, on Stay's level. If it hard better release and with a JT having bigger parts, it would have been a huge smash.
