C'mon was a bad decision from the start. Where did it peak on iTunes when it became a promo single before the album? I can't remember, but I don't think it was very high. That should have been the first red flag as to how much of a flop it is

Supernatural on the other hand is a guaranteed smash

C'mon was going to slay, it flopped because of that mess where some radios started playing Die Young again and dropped C'mon a month after the shooting.

My opinion of why everything flopped:
Crazy Kids: lack of promotion + video
C'mon: radio mess + video
Album: releasing lead single more than two months before the album and no second single

C'mon still peaked higher than Crazy Kids in itunes and radio, Supernatural should've been the second single.

it had the radio mess, and the wrong timing for promo...

the radio mess messed it up.. tbh, I don't see how it was the wrong second single... I mean there were better choices yes, but this song was generally liked by everyone that I know.. just nobody bought it

the only reason is that miley is finally coming back with something.. people still have yet to hear the song.. the music video exposes the song quickly... if it were released 2 months later, it would have done nothing

You can't deny that C'mon flopping was due to the shooting radio mess. C'mon was well on its way to being a hit after radio dropped Die Young, with consistent 1m+ radio updates and slowly increasing on iTunes. Then some radios started playing Die Young after the controversy died down, some kept playing C'mon, and so on. There was a divide in radio, limiting C'mon's radio exposure and causing it to stall on iTunes. I'd argue that with the promo it got, it could've gone top 10.

C'mon flopped because it is a flop. Simple as that I grew to love it. Too bad the GP didn't. It was just stupid of them to release a song with the exact theme of Die Young.

Crazy Kids is flopping because radio isn't playing it. And it has no promo. And because it's the third YOLO song in a row.

Anything will flop at this point. But Supernatural = Last Goodbye > Thinking of You = Only Wanna Dance With You > the rest.

I don't really understand why you'd release a video two months later anyway. That just sounds like bad management to me

I come from a little simple place called the UK where videos are released literally over two months before the song goes to iTunes it all sounds so foreign to me
