I mean I can understand EXCLUSIVE streaming on Tidal but to shut off retailers and other channels entirely will not only alienate them but some might even not carry the album (Target is known to do that kind of move).

Nah, all the 360° videos I've seen have been somewhat clumsy and it'd be very challenging to make them even remotely as visually appealing as the regular ones, at least with the technology they use now. I also don't like the aspect of not being able to take in everything on the same viewing as you're inevitably missing out on something. Then again, that works as an incentive urging ppl to watch videos multiple times, which the artists and labels will surely welcome.

I prefer the kind where you can choose how the video continues, alter the course and so the ending. Can't recall who has done this. Much more interesting concept, but still has a lot of room for improvement.

Seeing as interactive music videos have potential and will undeniably become more common in the future, Rih might as well take her place at the forefront.

It would be fun tho, maybe a single/music video before the album and she will announce the album release date in the music video and we have to find the date. It would be a hit, it's Rihanna.
