I've never bought into "Rihanna needs to constantly release material to stay relevant" but it's interesting how the second she doesn't have a new single on hot rotation all over the radio she plummets off the charts. I mean Stay is still getting spins - that alone should keep her charting. Especially since it's an ADELE type ballad engineered to push albums.

However everything Gaga does is iconic. When Lady Gaga sneezed 3 years ago, it was more remembered than any Rihanna single. How could u not notice this?

Well she still managed a week on Mediatraffic this month even though Stay is like eight months old by now and no relevant single has been released since then. I'm sure the world will be excited again when her next era starts in a few months.
