It's beacuse DWUW is one of those songs that the GP would swallow if promoted properly.
Monsters not saying it is her best song is further confirnation. We had people saying, incl me G.U.Y. is one of her best and the same about MTN or some other horrible BTW tracks, which for the GP, they're clearly not.
We rarely have an idea what is her best song beacuse we are not even slightly objective on that matter.
Having said that, I think DWUW is def one of her very best songs and it was a song with the biggest potential out off ARTPOP to smash and make her being on top again, which I personally am not that interested in.
It still slays tho
