96.1 KISS - Pittsburgh
New Justin Timberlake single 'Take Back The Night' is here!
Premiering it FRIDAY at Noon at top of hour all day!
SOOOOOOOOO like we all thought, It will be on ITUNES this Monday! 4 day after the mystery video, half a year after the first era and first single... I can't wait to hear it tomorrow!!!!!!
He won't touch the first spot on ITUNES because of Robin... He can't sell 450K copies without promo and all... I can't believe it! Hate this time of the year when you have a MONSTER hit that sells 400K+ every week (one time at the year?)!!!
Wait.. Friday like tomorrow? Bless the Lord I'm off.
I don't get the whole "even tho I hate this song I'm glad it's blocking the song of the artist that I hate more" mentality. Doesn't stop Miley from being a huge success and still moving 200K units of single sales per week, Robin's massive slayyage aside. Peaks tend to be less relevant during the digital era anyways especially when some songs just become insanely huge; in the long run and the end it's about the sales (see list of songs blocked from #1 and still having sold over 6 million: Hey, Soul Sister, Dynamite, Need You Now, Forget You, I'm Yours.) Sure they didn't hit the summit of the charts, but it makes their success look much more impressive and their impact look much bigger.

Not a single lie was told in this post.
And if roles were reversed (where their fave is getting blocked by the same song in question), they'd be writing things like:

JT might be able to take the #1 spot on iTunes for a day or 2 but overall he'll debut #2 on the Hot Digital Songs chart. The song will smash hard though.
