I don't think so, Taylor's and Madonna's stages were made for stadiums but they made it work in arenas.

Well RIP me. I've gone to two different shows (OTR and Formation) in two different stadiums (NRG and AT&T). One with a standing seat really close to the stage and one with a seat in the stands and she sounded super duper high pitched to me both times. My luck.

Very happy with the 40k turnout in Pittsburgh. It seems as if only Rock bands and country artist can fill up that stadium (with Taylor Swift). Even 1D couldn't sell it out. They only played to 29k

the chipmunk thing happens to me occasionally. in semi-recent memory, it has happened to me at one of my ANTi World Tour shows, the Diamonds World Tour, the On the Run Tour, and Drake's Would You Like a Tour? since those shows, I've started taking ear plugs to every show that I go to and if the act starts to sound like a chipmunk (I was told that it has to do with where your seats are located in relation to the speakers), I plug one ear and they sound normal again.

I was so shocked how high her voice was in real life, but it didn't annoy me or give me a chipmunk tea lol. Pretty sure most artists pitch their mics up a little bit as it probably is easier to sing and sounds better. So weird how it is never picked up on video tho

Yeah I didn't find it annoying or distracting. It's obviously Bey's voice, just a little higher than what I'm used to. Sound is just a tricky, finnicky thing, that changes based on any number of factors including location, temperature, weather, location, speakers, etc.
