Avril's only #1 here gets booted out faster than it did at the top of the charts. Girlfriend was everything wrong with 2007: It was screechy, loud, obnoxious, and an attempt at staying young forever. It's catchy, sure, but it fades faster than the rest of the album did, and this song fails to resonate in any form. Good thing Madonna made it better with GMAYL.

Fun fact: I heard this when it premiered on the radio, and my radio station was the first in the world to play it (and got in deep **** for it too, I believe some people got fired for premiering it early)

It looks like he is not even a stan so like I say thanks for keeping this thread alive but it's better to flop with decency than to only have posts of people like him and others that don't contribute anything to it, they even critize her oh yeah how a great stan! def better than me

I know we are on a music forum not on an Avril one but this thread is for her and discuss about it but they suddenly start to talk about their lifes or spam with whatever **** not even related to music but anyway it's imposible they already send me a warning point so as I always said yeah whatever I will do my best to try to tolerate this mess and let's stay as the worst fan base!
