Like I just like knowing that all my stuff is in one space on iTunes rather than having to search for it on Spotify or put it in lists. Plus I feel like iTunes has a better layout, etc.

I bounce back and forth between Spotify and iTunes. I mostly use Spotify to discover new music, it's much easier for me to just play all the songs in the "New Releases" playlist at the start of the week, rather than having to search for each one on iTunes. Same goes for new albums by artists I'm not familiar with or complete fans of, it's just much easier to quickly open Spotify and give it a quick listen.
iTunes is MUCH better for personal listening, though. I put my iTunes on shuffle when there's nothing in particular I want to listen to, but I want to listen to stuff I know I enjoy, which Spotify has no equivalent to. Also, as a collector of rare Disney albums, irrelevant stage musicals and movie soundtracks, a lot of my library can't even be found on Spotify.
If I had the money to buy every album/song I wanted to listen to, I'd totally stick with iTunes.
