I'm getting inspired by everyone else's too. But I have an idea for mine and I gotta stick to it. I might even write it 3rd person which would be interesting.
It's hard for me to write. Because I'm writing so many verses, but since I really haven't been told what necessarily I'm doing "right" and what I'm doing "wrong" from the judges I'm always unsatisfied.
I wrote a song, but right now it's one verse, a bridge and a chorus. However, the chorus is HUGE and I made it long for extra reasoning..
I'm actually pretty content with it just being those three parts but I'm not sure if I'd get docked points for it. To me in my head, it sounds like a full song. I may add another verse to it, but I'm not sure if I'll add a whole other chorus because like I said, it's really log.
I finally got somewhere with the song today. It was originally gonna be another folk ballad but it eventually turned into a really cool electronic song, like Neon Lights mixed with K$'s Blow. Completely out of my usual rock path but I'm liking it so far. I just have a verse and a chorus but I'll do more tonight.
