Do you think that this song will smash worldwide? I can't wait to hear it in full!! <3
It depends of the promo they will give her.. But i think that in UK it will be top 3, so the orient will follow.. Australia and New Zealand always help her.. I just don't know what it can do in US, Canada
and latinoamerica
I'm stilllllll not sold that this song will be a hit. Was listening to ORA yesterday and I realized how much better RIP was as a lead single. It had appeal for Pop and Urban.
So we have IWNLYD, the Meek song which will probably be a single, and then the Iggy single.
really can't wait. why do you think this song won't be hit? I wasn't sold on it at first, but the vevo preview was great. i think some great promo will make it a hit.

Yes! I think the plan might be to have her be featured on records too, to introduce her to the US? I wanna here IWNLYD already and once it hits iTunes, I'm def. purchasing. I'm so excited for the release of it.

It's just not special to me. It sounds like your typical Dance song and it doesn't set Rita apart. That was her biggest problem with breaking the US with the first album. The music didn't give her a lane that she could claim as her own and this single sure enough isn't helping, but I will wait until I hear in full and see the video. When she talked about the album she mentioned more of a 80s pop/soul feel and referenced Prince and Chaka Khan...this single is not reflective of that at all. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

OK, I def understand what you are saying. I am rooting for her, and hope she breaks the US. And hopefully with not much going on in the pop scene, she can make it.

The release was all wrong. They waited to long, Tinie Tempah should have been replaced in the US, and it should have dropped the same time as it did in the UK with "How We Do" following.
Y'all haven't even heard the full thing and are trying to call it a flop.. how redundant. We've seen it several times where the snippets don't even determine the full song, Rita has a potential hit in her hands IMO. It all depends on how Roc Nation is going to promote her, it's radio friendly and she has the "it" factor that will draw US to her, but it's all on how they market her to the US.
