I believe a Haus member tweeted about this still happening after the tracklist reveal the other night. Of course Gaga breaks some/most of her promises, but at least it's still planned
I also don't think she would've tweeted about Temple and Brooklyn Nights (and hinted at whatever other song was "fighting" for #12) if she really had no plans for us to hear them. Plus since she didn't announce any deluxe versions yet, it seems likely that the app will serve as the deluxe/bonus track version.
