Btw, OOTB is certified 2xPlatinum (200k) in France, just like TD
Interesting that her album sales didn't increase that much in France, Germany & Italy in comparison to everywhere else.

Well to be fair, it took OOTB twice as long. And isn't TD Platinum in Germany, while OOTB is only gold?

And TD took twice as many singles.
And OOTB sold ~140k there, while TD ~180k at most (200k shipments). If you consider all the singles + ALL the promo she did in Germany... It's really bad in comparison.
However, IKAG & HnC were MILES bigger than any single from TD in both countries.

Well not all the TD singles were big in Germany. 
It does look bad I guess when compared to other countries.
