also usually catalogue music(old albums) is not a big seller. especailly for known big stars.
DIL is doing 'amazing' in 'US' than other her albums. that's all.
it's not that good catalogue seller outside us.

That doesn't make sense. If we're basing it off of what you said "records" and not albums. Assuming you mean SINGLES and Albums than that still debunks this argument.
All of Beyoncé's singles were certified Gold or platinum w/ the exception of 'Me,Myself and I' before this press release was written in America alone.
Baby Boy is certified Platinum ringtone w/ an additional 600k for single sales.
Crazy In Love Platinum, mind you the song was the first #1 single ever on the Digital singles chart per Billboard.
Dangerously in Love PT. 2 Gold Mastertone.
Naughty Girl Gold.
On top of all of that Crazy in Love was in the top ten selling songs WORLDWIDE at the end of 2003.
If we add the additional single sales to the 4.5 million she stood at before this press release was written that puts DIL at 8 Million records in America alone.
Even if we just add The 8.6 million Album(old and outdated receipt) sales w/ Crazy In Love's Single worldwide sales (5 million) that Puts her at 13.6 million 'records' for the DIL era w/ just that one song.
SO THAT 'Records' argument doesn't really work for me.
