It was so great to see Meredith with that fire
Loved it when she owned Amelia!
Pierce is starting to annoy me. I feel like her characterization is too cliche. The only thing unique about her is her backstory.
At first I was annoyed that this is turning out to be a filler season, but now I think the "normalcy" of this season is refreshing, especially with the outlandish storylines found in other shows. Hope more episodes like this one are coming though.
I dont know why you all hate Jo when it's alex everyone should be annoyed at! He just takes her for granted , though Jo is dumb for accepting that about him.
But I knew she wouldn't accept Penny compromise her career just because of her. Meredith is not that selfish.
the history. the emotion. the relationships. its so real to me.. for the most part. i was on edge. 
both of those characters were awfully handled since the beginning.
