Ms. Kelly didn't sold 1,200,000 copies world wide, NEVER! and Here I Am has sold like 250k in the US.
That was on December.
and 53k copies in the UK on February of 2012.
and at least in South America WLTO, Commander and Down For Whatever were miles more successful than any Ms. Kelly single. Work didn't exist here. The beggining of Here I Am era (Kelly Rowland originally) was ways more global than any HIA single, that album (the original one) with feats like David Guetta, Pitbull and more was about to slay, but didn't came out
I like Kelly as a R&B singer and today as a big label on Urban market, but I need the global Kelly, I need to see her slaying the world wide charts with somethin' really big as Jonathan said before, and instantly SMASH!

Her second solo album, which was more R&B-oriented materialised in July 2007 to much acclaim. So far, the album has released three top 5 singles including the international smash and number-one billboard hot dance club hit "Like This", as well as the Snoop Dogg-collaboration and the top ten U.S. Billboard Bubbling Under R&B/Hip-Hop Singles Chart "Ghetto" and international number-one single "Work."
In 2008, a digital compilation of the album, entitled Ms. Kelly: Diva Deluxe, was released, featuring her new song "Daylight". As of April 2008, [Ms.] Kelly has sold 273,000 copies in the U.S. and 1.2 million worldwide.

Though Ms. Kelly INITIALLY underperformed worldwide, the success of Like This, Work and Daylight along with the re-releases pushed sales passed the mill mark worldwide.
Here I Am STARTED global with Commander, then they lost the plot with all the different US promo singles before finally getting their act together for Motivation. By then, it was over GLOBALLY, Down For Whatever was only top 10 here in the UK and in Scotland.
Here I Am's WW sales haven't even been published anywhere. Here I Am is Kelly's most local era WITH ALL THINGS CONSIDERED.
