"Eating out" is great actually. I don't have a problem with it like I think the general perception is of most males. In general, I just like intimate contact with women because I love their bodies. In terms of taste, there really isn't too much of a taste just so long as they keep it clean down there. It's just a mucous membrane, but sometimes you can taste their natural musk from the skin around it though. Again, no problems really so long as they're clean.
