I already said, that Billboard confirmed that the tracking week is from January 1 to January:
Add the fact that "BEYONCÉ" made it to the 2013 report, despite being released in the middle of December, and you'll get your proof, that the tracking year is an entire calendar year.
Its last week at #1 was on the issue released on January 10, which was a Saturday.
Since Billboards tracking week was Monday to Sunday back then this means that the #1 position is from December 29 til January 4
So it only spent 4 days out of 49, where it was #1, in 2015 and not two weeks
And its best-selling week was the week of Christmas, when the Post-Christmas gift card effect happened. So that still happened in 2014.

It's strange how SYA is bigger than UF, but maybe it was bigger in some Asian and African countries? Countries where IFPI is the only one with access to sales?
Rihanna stans have told us for years that singles released in September-November can't reach IFPI's Top10 no matter how "big" they are, but I guess she's not global like Taylor
Do these numbers include streams or just pure sales?
