No race is superior. Anyways Your lack of melanin statement only gives a disadvantage if they are in the direct sun too much. There is a reason why white skin exists today... because it was advantageous as humans migrated out of Africa.

The answer OP is no. It is circumstantial that white people developed in more favourable environments and created civilisations which benefited themselves. It was human nature that did this, white people were selfish and greedy and oppressed other races for their own benefit, just because they were different, essentially. Nobody cared about morality or social justice when all this happened.

that is just part of it. White are white and have blue eyes because of lack of melanin in their skin and iris, because of lack of vitamins D which is require to make the protein melanase. The northern climate doesn't received as much sunlight as the equator and with climate in the north. A person doesn't get as much sunlight and doesn't produce melanin which result in them being melanin deficient and overtime the body adapt to easier to absorbed vitamin D. the reason why color people age better and have healthier skins is because of melanocytes which protect against UV radiation and etch. i am just paraphrasing. Basically white skin is not advantageous because of lack melanin which the human skin need, i know mutation is not always good and sometime result in devolution, if true white skin wouldn't be a positive.

If you are referring to the moth example of evolution then you are completely forgetting about how certain environmental factors causes one trait (or color in this instance) to be more advantageous than the other. You can't relate this to humans because the situation is clearly not the same. The butterfly example one color is exposed (because it can't camouflage) thus its population drops, please tell me how this relates to human beings?

Yes, all races are equally evolved, we're all humans and for all intents and purposes we are all capable of the same things. But someone, "whiteness" gained the upper hand, and only biology and evolution is to blame for that.

japan is one of the most developed countries yet not even 1% of its population are white.
the biggest scientific discoveries etc were actually initially made in the middle east and south asian region. I mean without the discovery of "0", astrology and algorithm etc the world would be behind like crazy in general.
also if we go by evolution, black ppl are less likely to get any skin related illnesses and have the most durable skin out of all the races so your "theory" was also wrong there...

That doesn't make sense because first you'd have to draw the line at what you consider white because "white" people don't all have the same skin tone and then two if you open it up to the broader term of Caucasian's then it gets even more murky because Indians and Middle Easterns are included in the same category and they can get dark as night.

Then there's also the fact that there are none mixed Africans (Such as the Khosians) and East Asians whose skin color is not that far off from the skin tone of white people.

Light skin is a naturally occurring human skin color, which has little eumelanin pigmentation and which has been adapted to environments of low UV radiation... as populations migrated away from the tropics between 125,000 and 65,000 years ago into areas of low UV radiation, they developed light skin pigmentation as an evolutionary selection acting against vitamin D depletion.

It's not basic science, I have never really bothered to understand the biological/chemical processes behind this.

Obviously i don't have the answer. But seriously sit on this question and analyze it, and then look at our world today. The only difference in the moth's is their wing color, yet the effects on their populations are great. Simple biology concept, but now look at humans and how our world turned out...
