Yes DIL is her best selling album, but in all fairness she has made up for it Beyond words. And Ciaras popularity has grown but yet.... 'FR' still didnt sell? UM 'Ride ' has not broken into the top 20? Let's not be delusional

Um, this isn't a Beyonce thread. Point is, Ciara has grown "in some shape or form". No matter how you twist it, she did what you said others have. "Ride" is not a Pop single. If you'd listen to more than GaGa & Katy Perry, you'd know that it's a Top 3 single on the R&B charts, where her sales will come from.
You were wrong from the start (this isn't on her album), and obviously don't understand the reason for this. She doesn't have an easily achievable Pop core any longer. "Ride" is a huge Urban hit, and this mixtape will continue to solidify her Urban fan base, who will buy the album. Why should she fight for the fickle Pop sales, when she could get some longevity on the Urban side? If Pop picks up, that'll be a great thing. But it's not the purpose ATM, obviously
Now are you done?
