No but it's easier to encounter people with similar cultural sensibilities when you narrow down the pool like that. Like Jews have a few different variations of beliefs within themselves. But you're more likely to find an Orthodox Jew looking within a Jewish pool. And not all Irish people are the same, etc. Like all that is beside the point.

The fact of the matter is, something based purely on skin color is not a good thing to encourage.
