Nothing is going to happen. They wouldn't be stupid enough to announce the attack they are planning in advance. They are trying to have a negative effect on the world economy.

i wouldn't be surprised. i don't think they would target these places. They would attack somewhere else just so the police, army would focus at the places they targeted
I wouldn't put it past them tbh, and I think governments around the world should not take this lightly. But at the same time, I really doubt they would announce exactly where and when they plan to attack. That's completely counter-intuitive to their goal, giving away the element of surprise. It doesn't really make sense. If anything, they would be using this as a distraction while they attack some place else.
