A Tale Of Two Sisters is the epitome of a psychological horror, and it's really fun to analyze. It has an American remake (The Uninvited) if you don't wanna do a foreign film, but that's not half as amazing or detailed.
Confessions is my fav movie of all time but I wouldn't pick it since I've never understood why it gets labeled as a horror I mean, it's obviously disturbing but so are a lot of other dramas. It has no horror movie elements to me.
rosemary's baby is a good choice, but if you want more psychological terror and really something to sink your teeth into, you should watch roman polanski's repulsion, or even better, the tenant.

And considering how methodical and what a perfectionist Kubrick is... there's a lot to analyze. I had to write a six page paper on it for a film class and I could have still written more
I'm writing a psychological horror that I'm turning into a film but that's for another day. Anyways, Seven, The Others, Black Swan, and The Stranfers were all good from what I remember.
Tbh I preferred the 2014 remake of Rosemary's Baby. It had a better setting and the characters were more believable/likeable
The Twin Peaks series and movie is also good psychological horror, almost anything David Lynch is tbh and even tho it's not horror Eyes Wide Shut by Stanley Kubrick is also a really good psychological film.
