I understood the question wrong, it's just really insecure of her fans to be posting threads like "most talked about celeb in xxxx" when that only means that her fans are 24/7 on the internet talking about her and that is because of her fans demographic: 1.- Generally younger people who don't have a job and can afford to be on the internet for longer hours 2.- Generally outcasts or people that don't really fit in society so have few real-life friends hence spend more time on the internet 3.- Generally people who have identity issues and whom their sense of self-worth relies on how their perceived outcast friend/mother Gaga is seen in the public light, hence they start obsessing about her and defending her and promoting her, as when Gaga is seen in a positive way it falsely reinssures their own self-worth.
Like when you search "Swag atrl" on google and it comes up with the word Gaga, it doesn't mean anything about me but only means her fans are obsessed. This is the same, her being talked about on the internet doesn't mean she's important only reflects how her remaining fans still have cult-like behavior.
