When I'm at univeristy and I buy my own food I usually try and incorporate rice into at least a few meals a week, at home we have it like once a week.

Everyday i have many recipies.
Spicy mexican rice.
Sweet pineapple rice
Stir fried rice
Parmesan mushroom risotto
Lemon steamed rice
Gumbo rice
Sticky brown rice
Marshmallow caramel rice balls
Cheesy jalapeņo rice eggrolls
Its so cheap and versatile
like me

Maybe once a month or so? The only thing I eat it in is broccoli casserole or if my Grandma or Mom make dirty rice or red beans and rice when I'm in town; I don't really care much for rice.
