Christina screams her upper notes because she refuses to apply what she's learned. She wants to sound like Etta James, even though she has a naturally lighter voice. She's arrogant and thinks she can get away with it, but she's obviously damaged her voice.
Sometimes she does use a healthy technique and she produces a beautiful belt, with vibrato, like in this performance @ 4:33

Beyoncé doesn't scream. Growling =/= screaming. Her growls don't damage her voice. She knows what she's doing.
Gaga does it on purpose and she rarely screams. It's not a lack of technique either, she's just crazy.
Demi used to be shouty, but I think she sounds better now.

Clearly Christina's technique is messy af, but her actual voice is so pretty she can get away with a lot until she starts with that same struggle run she loves to do when she's calling herself trying to showboat. Even then, I can take a lot more of Xtina than I can Jennifer Hudson tho...
