Usually a plain latte with whole milk. (There are studies that show that people who drink whole milk are thinner because the fat keeps them full longer and they eat less.) I'm probably going to start getting mistos, though, since they have less milk.

The next time I'm there, I'm also going to get an espresso shot or two. If I like the taste, I may start getting americanos. I've been trying to stop drinking so much extra stuff in my coffee for awhile now. I haven't used sugar in months.

My ultimate goal is something black.

A decaf Venti Java Chip Frappuccino (I had that today)
A decaf Venti Caramel Macchiato
A decaf Venti Iced Caramel Macchiato
It will alternate between those three, although it depends what's on season
During Starbucks winter season, I will usually order a Venti Eggnog Latte but now it's going to have to be decaf, same goes for the Pumpkin Spiced Latte, I have gastrointestinal problems so I can't have caffeine
