Cara wasn't being rude, that's her sense of humor, she's sarcastic. She shouldn't have to water herself down to be a happy peppy consumable personality for the masses, it's the news anchors' faults for doing no research at all on her, they couldn't even get her name right
wow she actually came off as rude at first before they got catty lol. I stan Cara so I luh her but she was being weird with them rolling her eyes saying stuff sarcasticly like "i dont know where that comes from or no I winged the film..pfff" lol
Save the sardonic attitude for a late night talk show. That sort of thing can go over well during a more informal interview where both parties are expected to riff and be entertaining, but scowls and snark do not fly on a morning show. Smile. Be genuine. Don't be inauthentically bubbly, but if your default mode is aloof bitch, know that you'll need to temper that coldness with a hint of enthusiasm.
And honestly, know your audience. Typically, the American viewer doesn't respond to the sort of dry humor favored by Brits. There's a reason Ricky Gervais, despite being about a million times more entertaining than, say, Neil Patrick Harris or Ellen DeGeneres, isn't getting glowing reviews from American media pundits for his award show hosting. Play nice and the Americans will be nice to you.
Regardless if she was annoying or not these group of flops were clueless, rude and immature towards her during and right after she was on screen. It's clear who is the better person here.
Those interviewers were so unprofessional. Telling her to take a nap? How condescending! Maybe they should do some journalistic research before embarrassing their entire show.
These guys will be begging Cara to do another interview with them once her film career takes off. She will pay them dust and instead appear on their competitors.
I mean I'm not gonna lie, she did seem annoyed, tired and not super friendly BUT the anchors were worse, how unprofessional of them? "You seem really irritated right now", like what? "We'll let you go, take a nap, drink a redbull"....how are they professional anchors?
I mean I'm guessing she has a dry sense of humor, as do most Brits, the anchors should have assumed that much.

The hosts were messy, but I feel like she could've handled it more professionally - especially as a new actress. I get that she has a dry, sarcastic sense of humour but you have to be careful with that sometimes. It doesn't really work for a morning talk show. I do think the hosts were a bit harsh with her, though.
I can get why she frustrated and shad every right to be (I mean... They got her NAME wrong), that said... She was really rude and unprofessional, and this was nowhere close bullying
