It's a racially diverse group, there's Latinos as white as George Bush. Some are black, some are even Asian and mixed. You clearly are following stereotypes of what this ethnic group should look like.

Mistake #1: Assuming I don't know what I'm talking about.
Mistake #2: Explaining the obvious.
Latinos come from various racial backgrounds as you have stated, no ****. Now, there is a strong population of mixed latinos. I'll take the largest latino ethnic group, Mexicans. Mexicans are largely mixed of mestizo and white. Thus giving many racially ambiguous features. Many of these Mexicans do not know how to identify racially so they just say white, and why do they say white (refer to my other post)? Mexicans that are entirely European are about what 10-20% but these are estimates because Mexico doesn't have racial census.
Dominicans, Puerto Ricans, Colombians are all racially mixed, I could go on. Which is why when that member asked if Latinos are mostly white I said no. To claim they are just white erases their other ancestry. Don't come and assume I don't know anything, that's one thing you WON'T do.
