I don't give a ****. You still have no idea what you're talking about though, and that's that
I didn't even bother trying to debate your position

Is that why religious organisations pour millions of dollars into ensuring gay people can't have a fairly simple right (which will effect non-gay people in no way whatsoever)? ![lmao](http://atrl.net/forums/images/smilies/images/smilies/lmao.gif)

I believe children need male and female parent figures but they don't need to be heterosexual. That's just stupid. ![lmao](http://atrl.net/forums/images/smilies/images/smilies/lmao.gif)

Exactly, the only difference of childbirth. Every social system about male and female behavior is made up as we go.

They don't NEED parents who are man and wife but it's certainly beneficial. It's the way humans have evolved, it's something inherent.

why exactly do we need gender differences? To justify social unequalities.

I don't think the Pope is entirely wrong. Children need a positive influence of both genders (or as many genders as there are) just so they become balanced people, understand the differences between people, how to address them, how to socialize correctly, etc.

Dear people who are offended over this post (because you clearly have a problem with the truth), google the two bolded claims (not word for word but the general concepts), you will find countless studies supporting both. Poll your local strippers and homosexual male friends, your results will turn up the same. Open any GENERAL psychology textbook (not even a child development one, a general is more than enough, that's how normal/known this study is), you will still find supporting facts, studies and the same claim made. Hell, search ATRL for the thread about members' relationships with their Father. All those threads support what I said (within the reason, correlation does not imply causation still applies obviously).
I don't have to make up **** to be "edgy" or "controversial" on the internet. If I know something factual, I'll state it. Otherwise, I wouldn't bother (who goes online to spout lies just for attention?). Stop being hurt over the truth and start learning about the world around you.
The second part of my post is 100% a valid conclusion and mostly personal opinion that doesn't offend anyone, so I don't need to address it. ![Celestial 5](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v232/korn0818/9b5f67d8.gif)

I didn't have a problem with you saying that boys who grow up without fathers are gay (incorrect btw as there are millions of exceptions) but more on the fact that you implied growing up gay a negative (hence the reason boys need a male and female parent)

Unfortunately most of these people seem to think all child molesters are gay. Lol

The fully bolded portion implied that but I only was actually responding to "Are these children missing something elementary in their life?".
I never addressed the second half of the post (considering I definitely said something about needing influences of all genders in a child's life not just male and female). I stated two conclusions from not having a Male and Female positive example in a child's life and I never said EITHER was bad. You all filled that in for youselves. Nothing's wrong with being lewd and/or a stripper or being gay. Do what you want with your life as long as it doesn't hurt people in the process.
I'm just making a point that children do miss something elementary without positive pillars of different types of life in their life (especially Male and Female because those are the major two gender society accepts and romanticizes currently). With children, exposure is everything. The less you expose your child to in the world, the more they'll lash out later on in life because they feel they're getting attacked with all these changes that they don't know how to process or deal with but in reality the world didn't change, the world's been the same. The child was just kept too ignorant by the parents or caretaker.

Bye. By saying that children who don't have a male and female parent are not having a positive example in life and then saying the consequence of that is being gay means that's the negative am not here for your runaround ![tsk](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v232/korn0818/ATRLSmilies/01c9c010.gif) .
And you can not find conclusive studies on boys growing up with no fathers as being gay. It doesn't work that way ![laugh](images/smilies/images/smilies/laugh.gif)

I'm pretty sure I said positive Male and Female examples. If not, I'm clearly trying to say positive Male and Female people (as opposed to a crackhead father and mother as parents who can't love a child or support one). I'm not saying at all that if you don't have a Male and Female in your life, the child doesn't have positive examples. That's definitely not where I'm going with this. Don't try it.
And it's literally not for me to find. Do your own research. I'm tired of coming into these "debate" threads then posting a bunch of links/sources and accurate facts then the person just replies, "bye! You're just a troll ![ahh](images/smilies/images/smilies/ahh.gif) ". So do your own research, otherwise if you don't care enough, remain as ignorant as you please. That's none of my business. ![Celestial 5](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v232/korn0818/9b5f67d8.gif)

Do research? I don't need to do research on something I know about genetics doesn't work that way ![skull](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v232/korn0818/ATRL_Smilies_All/faces/skull_zpsksni5fmm.gif)

Now if nature didn't intend for a woman and a man to raise a child, then a man and a man and a woman and a woman would be able to produce a child. Seems like nature found that a woman and a man made the best fit. Both sexes have different things to offer a child and I personally believe that it's very hard for a man to grow into a good man without guidance from his father. And nothing could replace a mother's life. To me, a good mom and a good father is the best set of parents.
Every other structure, as beneficial and loving as it might be, falls short of having a good mom and a good dad.
My opinion only. ![:)](http://www.atrl.net/forums/images/smilies/images/smilies/smile.gif)

If you know so much about genetics, are you truly going to sit here and say humans are not pre-wired (as per DNA) to crave a maternal and paternal figure from birth? If you say anything except "No", you know nothing about genetics. I'll wait. ![Celestial 5](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v232/korn0818/9b5f67d8.gif)

Why don't you provide sources for your claims? ![lmao](http://atrl.net/forums/images/smilies/images/smilies/lmao.gif) there is not sufficient evidence for your claim. In fact, This study found a slight (but still very small) increase in the likelihood of homosexuality for males living only with their dad, and no change at all for males living only with their mother.

Francis also examined family structure and found more trivial associations. For instance, he found a 3.8% increase in the likelihood of ever having a same-sex sexual partner among those who did not live with either parent. In contrast to reparative theory expectations, he reported that identifying as less than 100% heterosexual for males was associated with living with only dad. No romantic attraction or same-sex behavior was reported for males living with only mother.

Psychology has a habit of allowing theories to be treated as fact without thorough and rigorous testing. And it should go without saying that anecdotal nonsense about your local rentboy or w/e proves nothing

But...you realize that you are trying to imply causation, right? Unless this is you conceding that fatherless homes don't cause homosexual males, I'm not sure you know what either of those words mean.

Did you expect anything different from the Pope?
