I think that even if the singles are huge, "The Fame" is probably going to continue to get the larger portion of album sales through the Deluxe edition which will probably lessen the TFM's success.

I doubt Ke$ha will open with 200k. I could see her having nice numbers, maybe 125k max. since it's still in the top ten on iTunes...
I think 75k should be about right, +/- 15k.
