On AllAccess. Each song has a "Leaders" page and a "Starters" page that shows which stations are playing it and how many spins they're giving it. It technically gives an incomplete number (as stations that have played it 2-6 times in the last week but aren't new to playing it aren't included in either category), but it's the closest estimation we have.
