It reached the top 15 on the Hot 100 and top 2 on the country, and #1 on country mediabase.
And it's a hit, though a hit song has nothing to do with the Grammy's, last year Alison Krauss and Robert Plant won with songs that were on the bottom of the bubbling under the hot 100 chart.
I think it'd be better if they submited "My Life", the song is pure pop and would win the any of the three categories or at least one. I don't believe "Already Gone" will.
And for "All I Ever Wanted", I think it might win "Best pop vocal album", and maybe "Album of the year".

Already Gone have a better vocal, lyric than My Life. I bet it will have a nomination for Best Pop Vocal Performance :P
