Their Prime Minister speaks on the referendum, how it's a world first and once again states that it has nothing to do with children like the NO side claims He also says you shouldn't get too carried away with polling numbers and that it may actually be a close vote.
So Google and Ebay have their European HQ in Ireland and both spoke in favor of gay marriage. Then Twitter did the same and the naysayers complained...on Twitter
I read this online earlier, it's from an Irish journalist in her 50s who just came out. It's a brilliant piece and speaks to a demographic that may be considering voting no because of Catholicism or who just generally don't understand the issue.

Irish groups studied both successful and failed campaigns and that's why their work is top notch. Had California put more of a face on gays being denied marriage Prop 8 wouldn't have suddenly passed on that fateful day. Some allies even said I didn't think it mattered to my friends since they weren't planning on marrying
