Her stans will find a way to make anything she says justifiable. She could say, "I hate all of my fans," and they'd parade about how it was some kind of reverse Warholian statement that shows her devotion to them or something.

She's um, not dragging the wacky ass outfits she caused... she's talking about how the industry is a manufactured environment and it made her uncomfortable (and I'll further note that she's not saying she's a diamond of genuineness in a sea of plastic products because I'm sure she'd fully acknowledge that she too was manufactured). I see what you're saying but I don't think it's fair to criticise the people that do care.

I mean, you said yourself moments ago that at her peak her image (etc) was dictated to her.

That's not how she tells the story though retro. According to her it's all the haus under her direction. So, I don't really think it's fair to criticise others for holding her to what she herself says, a lot of people are not like yourself. If she says she's the creative force - they take it on face value.

I mean, to me, this interview is no big deal. That's why I said I was more touched by that girls tony story. The interview questions were probably given her weeks in advance, her team probably came up with the answers that she rehearsed. As you said pop is cold and calculative. The interviews honestly not that big a deal.

they are acting like she said that pop music is making her unconfortable when she was talking about the feeling she felt when she started with the pop. She's going to exaggerate. She's going to take rightful credit as the main source of her ideas. She will, however, admit to being a product to an extent and to not having total control. That's what the whole Troy fiasco was about and she made other statements regarding vocal editing and such. But that doesn't detract from what she said here being true. Yeah, it applies to her too - but mostly everyone knows that. You can't be a pop star and not be someone's product, let's be real here. She had lots of creative control, and I take that at face value, but even her most diehard fans can and should acknowledge that she was never 100%, nor are most pop stars throughout recorded music history.

it is more like her haters will find a way to make anything she says allarming or unjustifiable . She can say "i love the world" you will find something to drag her like " is she saying that she also loves love the criminals ?"
