Well, when something isn't truly broken then why congratulate it? If she was actually billed to have 3 #1s as a teen I would congratulate because well I mean Britney had to get older, so what argument would there be? But since it's not actually an accomplishment due to the complicated billings of Hannah or Miley, there's nothing to congratulate.

If it were Avril you would go on and on and on, just like the Furtado days so yeah.

And who (besides models) get famous for having a pretty face? People (especially singers) get famous because of they're material, being pretty is a close second. And no, she's just not hot to me, she never was. She had sex appeal, but to me, she wasn't attractive. I find Miley hotter nowadays.
