The thing is, this video screams dramatic monologue to me. I've taken many acting classes, and this sounds like the work of an amateur acting student. The way she is putting emphasis on certain words and building intensity with her voice sounds exactly like someone who is studying acting. Also, she said she was 19 at the time, but her voice sounds like she's going through puberty.

And please don't tell me that I'm being a Misogynist. I'm skeptical of this video, but I'm not saying it can't be true. Rape is a really strong accusation that can ruin a persons life, even if it turns out not to be true. There is a very big difference between sexual harassment and rape, and sexually harassing people doesn't mean he is a rapist. As I said before, if this is true, then by all means throw his ass in jail, but he is innocent until proven guilty in my eyes.

This. The first video just seems weird. Especially when in the second video the girl was essentially manipulated into feeling guilty and he just bluntly went after the girl in the first video.

Her video read like a monologue to me.

And maybe it's because of reactions like these... Not just pinpointing yours, I mean others who have your reaction too. Those few who feel brave enough to speak up get comments like these because they chose to speak up. It doesn't make sense..

People in here are acting surprised at how rehearsed she sounds, but she clearly wrote it down after the incident (which a lot of people do, there's catharsis and anonymity in a secretive journal entry) and prepared what she was gonna say. She even clearly edited out some parts of her crying.

I understand there's a chance she's lying, but there's an equal chance that she's telling the truth. And with other girls backing up her claims, there's a much higher chance that she's telling the truth.

A shame that ATRL will rush to the defense of a white, fugly, skinny Youtube personality before they rush to the defense of molested/raped girls.

I get why some of you guys are skeptical about it being real or fake. For one, there's been countless things like this on the internet that have been proven fake, and countless instances of people faking things for attention (the balloon boy thing a few years ago, for example). I'm usually skeptical of things like this myself because its so easy to lie and create a hoax, and its been done so so so many times before.

And yeah, the video does sound a bit like an actor giving a monologue. I'm not talking about the subject of what she's talking about, which is obviously impossible to not be dramatic, but the way she's presenting it....repeating certain words, emphasizing certain words, the pause placements, her delivery, etc. I don't think you guys should be shaming people for having these opinions because they're pretty understandable, and I don't think anyone is being insensitive about it.

However, I'm inclined to believe she's telling the truth, because this is an extremely serious accusation. The story is believable and she provided a pretty detailed account of it. She's staying very anonymous, not showing her face or her name, etc. Also, the other stories coming out (like the ones from popular you tubers) show that this isn't far fetched at all.

I hope when this is all said and done, justice is served.

I know that some women fake getting raped and it's a serious accusation, but I believe that you should never outright think that the woman is lying firsthand (unless there is strong reason to believe she is) but ugh. Sam Pepper has come out lately as being disgusting. So even if THIS story is fake, it doesn't matter. He is a disgusting person and needs to be put away for at least some time.
