Both UY and Mannequin is not a good choice IMO. These songs are fans favourite but as you said they're not going to be played on radio and so on.

Perfect (commercially) choises are:

Womanizer
Circus
If U Seek Amy
Shattered Glass
Kill the Lights
And maybe Phonography

Jive is doing everything right.

yeah it will be huge, now lets just hope jive will manage this better than circus cuz circus was released too late in many countries, the physical single just came out like 2 weeks ago in places such as UK, i think the video will premiere around that date(march 10)
