It's an unfortunate situation, and of course if she had never robbed the man to begin with, this would've never happened. With that said, some of the elderly man's comment disturbed me a little tbh.
Also I would never proclaim "good riddance" to someone losing their life, especially over a burglary. It's not like she was Hitler.

At the end of the day, it's still the loss of a life and in my opinion that is never something to be content or satisfied with.
