Nope sis, Germany manipulated the whole thing to start a war, they basically forced Austria-Hungary to start the war for them. Germany had planned for the war for a long time and was very ready for it and could not wait for fear others may catch up.
In Italy, we are thought a lot about WW1 and WW2, WW2 we are thought Germans were evil, Mussolini was crazy and it all went wrong. My parents and grandparents told me a lot about WW2 and Germans were indeed evil but also the allies were not very good, they would bomb everywhere with little care
