I knew Brandy had a car-related incident but didn't know it involved death. I was going to say it's kind of sick everyone makes jokes but I just cackled like a bitch at this so never mind:
Failed to mention though that the vehicle Brandy struck, the driver has traces of marijuana in her system and came to a sudden stop after hitting the vehicle in front of it. The sources say there really was nothing Brandy could've done differently so stop acting like she's a murderer.
